As a condition for use of the X-RTS Hand Strength Assessment (CD version and online test), and for the X-RTS Levef Arm, customers must agree to read user's manuals prior to administering any test. Customers assume all professional and business liability for the save administration of the X-RTS Hand Strength Assessment.
Purchasers of the X-RTS Lever Arm will receive free of charge extensive educational materials in the form of a Power Point presentation. Lever Arm customers will have the following purchase options:
| * | Purchase one day (8 contact hours) of on-site training with the Lever Arm and have the option of becoming Certified Evaluators by passing the proficiency test. |
| * | Purchase the Lever Arm without the on-site training and receive a reduction in price. Customers exercising this option may become Certified Evaluators by reviewing the Power Point presentation which is provided with the product and passing the proficiency test. |
| * | Consider becoming Certified Evaluators at a later time. The cost for this service will be determined on a case-by-case basis. |
Certified Evaluators will have these benefits:
| * | You will receive telephonic and email support. |
| * | You will be listed as a Certified Evaluator on this web site, including your contact information and a link to your web site. |
Certifications are valid for two years. We will be continuously updating our training information, including information pertaining to relevant research in the field. To remain listed as a Certified Evaluator, customers will have to pass an updated proficiency test. Customers choosing to forego training and the certification process will be entitled to a limited amount of telephonic support. Contact X-RTS for a full description of the certification program and to hear about its benefits to our customers and their referral sources.
